  • What should I expect on my wedding day?
I will be at the venue approximatley an hour before the wedding ceremony is scheduled to begin. At this time, I will find the point of contact/wedding coordinator that you listed on your contract and begin to set up. Prelude music will begin approximatley 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time as background music while your guests are being seated. I will continue to play prelude music until I see that the procession is ready to begin. If there is a change in flow of the ceremony I will adapt the music as needed to help the ceremony go smoothly.
  • Can you play outside?
Yes! However, there must also be a backup location in the event of inclement weather, as I will not play if there is a risk that my harp may be damaged.
  • Will the harp need amplification?
In most instances, no. Even for outdoor ceremonies/gatherings the harp typically does not need amplification. During a free consultation phone/video call I will ask you more about the venue and the size of your wedding ceremony and we can determine if amplification might be necessary.
  • Do you take special song requests?
Yes! If there is song that you would like played that is not on my list, please let me know! I love learning new pieces and I strive to make your day as special as I can. Please let me know at least one month before the ceremony about any special requests to allow the time for me to arrange and learn the music. Any special requests that are not given prior to one month before the ceremony may incur an extra cost.
  • How do you dress for wedding ceremonies?
I usually wear concert/formal black or navy blue unless otherwise requested. If I have an accessory or color that matches the wedding party, I am more than happy to wear it.
  • How do I book your services?

Your date will officially be booked once as I receive a signed copy of my musician contract and a nonrefundable 50% deposit of the wedding ceremony fee. The remainder of the wedding ceremony fee will be due on the day of the ceremony.
  • How far in advance can I book you?
Typically, most weddings are booked 6-8 months in advance. Booking early ensures my availability for event and secures current pricing for your event.
  • Is it possible to book you last minute to play for my wedding?
Absolutely. As long as I have no bookings and I am available on your event date.
